Material Handling and Precision

Our production journey begins when the material arrives at our workshop. Here, we carefully ensure that every panel that comes in is of the highest quality, ready to be processed and transformed into the custom-made doors and fronts that our customers expect. CNC Technology for Hundredth-Millimeter Precision

Once the material is in place, the actual processing begins. We use state-of-the-art CNC machines, which cut each component with a precision of one hundredth of a millimeter. This technology allows us to produce custom kitchen doors and wardrobe doors in exactly the sizes and shapes you need, without compromising on quality.

Machine sanding ensures evenness and precision over large areas, while the human eye and hand take over for detailed work and hard-to-reach spots. Painting – An Eco-Friendly and Durable Finish

After your kitchen doors or wardrobe doors have been sanded and processed, they move on to our painting department. Here, we use water-based paint that not only gives a beautiful result but is also more environmentally friendly than traditional two-component paints. Although this paint is slightly more expensive, we value both the environment and quality in everything we do. Water-based paint is less toxic and odorless, contributing to a better working environment and a more sustainable choice for our customers. Despite being more eco-friendly, we do not compromise on results – our painting offers the same durability and finish as other options, specifically tailored to resist wear and moisture, and remains beautiful over time.

When your order is completed and quality-checked, it is carefully packed and sent directly to your door.
