Applicability

These terms apply to the sale of customer-specific products from Bespoke GBG AB (559232-7026) Bangårdsvägen 8, 428 35 Kållered. hello@bespokegbg.com to the customer (the "customer").

To enter into an agreement, the customer must be of legal age.

The customer guarantees that all information is correct at the time the agreement is entered into.

The terms are valid until further notice but may be changed or updated without prior notice.

Acceptance of Terms of Purchase

When ordering products on www.bespokegbg.com, an agreement is made between the customer and Bespoke GBG AB.

The agreement is concluded when the customer has accepted all terms by pressing the order button and received an order confirmation after payment has been made at checkout.

The customer is always responsible for ensuring that the placed order is correct and for verifying it against the order confirmation.

The order is binding and cannot be canceled once the order process has started.

Bespoke GBG AB reserves the right to deny a purchase if there are suspicions of inaccuracies in the customer or the order, or suspicion of fraudulent behavior.

Changes in Order Scope or Execution

All orders for doors, cover panels, plinths, fillers, and other wooden parts are always customer-specific. As soon as the order process has started, there is therefore only a small chance of changing the scope or execution.

All changes in a started order incur costs. The cost amount depends on how far the order has progressed in the process.

All requested changes must be communicated in writing.

All changes will affect the delivery time.

Personal Data

Bespoke GBG AB only saves necessary personal data to manage the customer's order.

Personal data is only used by Bespoke GBG AB and is never shared with third parties.

The customer has the right to know what information Bespoke GBG AB has saved and to have it deleted upon request. Contact Bespoke GBG AB at info@bespokegbg.com if you wish to delete all personal information.

Care and Maintenance Instructions

Upon delivery, the customer should receive care and maintenance instructions for their order. If this does not happen, you can download the information from www.bespokegbg.com.

The customer is obligated to follow the care and maintenance instructions. By following this information, you can be sure that all products will remain functional and beautiful for many years to come.

Delivery

For stocked items, such as samples and accessories, the current delivery time is 3-5 days. All kitchen doors, drawer fronts, filler pieces, cover panels, and wardrobe doors are custom-made products with a normal delivery time of 4-6 weeks. The exact delivery time for these products is indicated in the header.

Bespoke GBG AB delivers most orders by truck.

The customer is responsible for being available for delivery at the agreed time.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that there is an accessible road for the truck and the possibility to stop and unload the goods at the specified address.

If the customer does not meet the above requirements, the customer may be liable for additional delivery costs.

The risk for the goods passes to the customer when the goods have been delivered and signed for.

The specified delivery times are, without exception, only indicative. Bespoke GBG AB does not compensate for costs related to delayed orders. These costs may include, but are not limited to, loss of income, rental costs for machinery or other tools, and hired personnel or assistance.

Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the goods. Visible damage should be documented (with a photo) and noted on the carrier's delivery note before signing.

Goods that have visible damage upon delivery that is not noted to the carrier at the time of delivery cannot be claimed.

All damages must also be reported to Bespoke GBG AB in writing via email to info@bespokegbg.com as soon as possible (no later than seven days after delivery).

Complaints

Complaints must be made without delay after the defect is noticed or should have been noticed. Complaints must be substantiated with a photo. Damages to the products must be reported immediately and before assembly. Parts that have been assembled cannot be claimed.

All complaints must be sent in writing to info@bespokegbg.com and include name and contact details, a description of the defect, and photos of the defect.

In the case of return shipments, the customer is responsible for packaging the product in such a way that the product is protected and does not get damaged during the return shipment to the factory.

Defective products will primarily, if possible, be repaired or replaced with an equivalent product.

Only defective products will be replaced in case of complaints, non-defective products and indirect costs will not be reimbursed.

Dispute

All disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Products

Bespoke GBG AB sells products published on www.bespokegbg.com and according to the product description stated on the site.

Bespoke GBG AB reserves the right for inaccuracies in text and images on the site and other marketing material and may change both text and images without notice.

All images should only be seen as inspiration and illustrations of product possibilities.

All information on the site and in marketing materials belongs to Bespoke GBG AB and may not be copied or reproduced without Bespoke GBG's written consent.

Prices

All prices on www.bespokegbg.com are stated inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are never included in the price and are added to each order. The cost of shipping varies depending on the type of delivery and where the delivery is going.

All prices on the site can be changed without notice.

Payment

All payments on www.bespokegbg.com are processed smoothly and securely by invoice. When completing your payment, you acknowledge and accept the provider's terms, ensuring a safe and secure transaction.

Right of Withdrawal

A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to stock products in unopened packaging, according to the Distance Selling Act.

Canceled purchases must be notified to Bespoke GBG AB in writing via email.

The customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized orders, i.e., doors, cover panels, plinths, or other products made of wood and painted with the color chosen by the customer.

Limitation of Liability

The customer is responsible for damages or costs related to the purchase, delivery, assembly, or use of products purchased from Bespoke GBG AB.

Force Majeure

Circumstances beyond the supplier's control that the company could not reasonably have anticipated at the time of the commitment to deliver goods or services, such as fire and water damage, weather conditions, employees' (union) actions, machine defects, war, disasters, power outages, supplier delays, etc. Such circumstances shall lead to a release from responsibility. In the event of a delay or failure to perform, the delivery time shall be extended by a period equivalent to that lost due to the delay.
