How do I place an order?

You can easily build your shopping cart and place your order directly on our website. If you have a drawing or specific details, you can also send them to our customer support at hello@bespokegbg.com, and we will help you assemble an order that matches your needs.

How does payment work?

We use Klarna to make your payment secure and flexible. With Klarna, you don't need to pay in advance before receiving your order, ensuring peace of mind. Klarna offers several payment options: Pay immediately via card or Klarna Direct, Pay later with invoice, or Spread the payment with flexible installment plans of 6, 12, 24, or 36 months.

Do you have kitchen doors for all types of kitchens?

Yes! At Bespoke, we manufacture custom kitchen doors that fit all types of kitchen cabinets, regardless of brand. Whether you have an older kitchen or a brand-new one, we can customize kitchen doors to suit your needs and preferences.

How do I order if I have an existing IKEA kitchen?

We have all parts for both IKEA Faktum and IKEA Metod on our website, making it easy for you to select the parts that match your existing kitchen. You can simply click the exact parts directly into your cart. If you want to upgrade or customize further, you can visit our custom doors section and fill in the dimensions for width and height of all parts in your kitchen. All our kitchen doors and drawer fronts come pre-drilled to fit your existing drawers and hinges, making assembly quick and easy.

How do I know if I have an IKEA Faktum or IKEA Metod kitchen?

IKEA Faktum was sold between 2000-2013, while IKEA Metod has been available since 2013. A simple difference is that Faktum base cabinets are 70 cm high with a 16 cm high plinth, while Metod cabinets are 80 cm high with an 8 cm plinth. When you visit our Faktum and Metod pages, you can also compare the dimensions of all parts against your existing kitchen, as these measurements are not the same and therefore do not align with each other.

If I am building a new IKEA kitchen and want to buy all doors from you, how should I proceed?

You can easily order all kitchen doors directly through our website. For best results, we recommend that you send your IKEA drawing to us at hello@bespokegbg.com. We will review your drawing and prepare a free quote/shopping cart with all the parts you need. You can also include all your preferences in your message. For more information on how to proceed, visit the Quote tab at the top right of our website.

How do I order if I don't have an IKEA kitchen?

If you don't have an IKEA kitchen, you can still order custom kitchen doors directly through our website. Go to the "Custom" tab where you can fill in all the details for your kitchen doors, drawer fronts, end panels, and more. You can also specify the placement of hinges and see an informative box on how to fill in these measurements correctly. For best results, measure your existing parts and base your measurements on these. If you are unsure, don't hesitate to contact us – our team of experts is happy to help ensure all measurements are correct and your order is perfect.

Do your wardrobe doors fit all wardrobes?

You can order wardrobe doors for all types of wardrobes. For IKEA PAX wardrobes, we have all measurements and parts available on our website, and the doors are delivered pre-drilled for IKEA's hinges. If you have other types of wardrobe cabinets, you can also order custom wardrobe doors under the "Custom Wardrobes" tab.

If I am building completely new wardrobes with IKEA Pax and your doors, how should I proceed?

You can easily find all the parts you need to build new wardrobes with IKEA Pax and our doors directly on our website. For a complete solution, we recommend that you submit your IKEA Pax drawing and any requests using our quote function found under the "Quote" tab at the top right of the page. You can also email us at hello@bespokegbg.com. We are happy to help assemble a free quote and shopping cart, as well as provide advice and ideas to enhance and customize your wardrobe solution.

How can I see the prices of the doors?

To see the prices of our doors, go to the Kitchen Doors or Wardrobe Doors page and select the model you are interested in. Prices for all parts for IKEA cabinets are displayed directly under each product. Once you have selected your parts and added them to your cart, any discounts and shipping costs will be shown at checkout. For custom parts, you will see the prices as soon as you enter the measurements. We recommend adding all parts, including custom ones, to your cart to get a fair and clear overview of what your order will cost. This way, you will get a final price at checkout.

Can I choose any color?

Absolutely! You can order your kitchen doors and wardrobe doors in any NCS color, RAL color, or Jotun color. We offer all these color options at no extra cost, so you can easily match the color to your personal style and decor.

What is your delivery time?

We understand that time is a crucial factor when it comes to renovating kitchens and wardrobes, and we strive to deliver quickly and efficiently. Our standard delivery time is only 6-7 weeks for all kitchen doors and wardrobe doors. To provide you with the most up-to-date information on delivery times, we always display the current delivery time at the top of our website.

Can I see your doors somewhere?

Absolutely! We offer the opportunity to order sample doors and color samples directly from our website at a low cost. This allows you to experience the quality and finish of our doors before making your choice. We also have a selection of 15 popular colors for those who have not yet decided. The samples are packaged and shipped the next working day, so you receive them quickly and easily. This way, you can confidently and effectively choose what best suits your kitchen or wardrobe.

Where are your doors manufactured?

All our kitchen doors and wardrobe doors are manufactured with the utmost precision in our modern production facility in Gothenburg. By keeping the entire manufacturing process in-house, we can ensure the highest quality and control over every detail. Our dedicated team works passionately to deliver products that not only meet but exceed your expectations.

Can I order just one door?

To cover our setup costs and since we produce to order, the minimum order amount is 7,000 SEK excluding shipping. However, if you have previously made a purchase with us and want to add additional parts for less than 7,000 SEK, that is fine. In such cases, please email your previous order number and specify what you wish to add to hello@bespokegbg.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you sell countertops?

Currently, we do not offer countertops as our focus is on providing custom kitchen doors and wardrobe doors of the highest quality. There are several companies that specialize in countertops and can offer a wide range for various needs. A good place to start is IKEA, which today has a comprehensive and affordable selection of countertops worth considering.

Do you offer home visits?

No, we do not offer home visits, but Bespoke is designed to provide all customers, regardless of where they live, with high-quality and personalized service. Our smart website makes it easy to navigate and order our products, and we have a team of experts ready to help with any questions and needs. Additionally, you can order color samples and sample doors directly from our website to ensure you make the right choice before placing your order. With our extensive support and online tools, home visits are not necessary to receive the best service and products.

What are your doors made of?

Our doors are made from high-quality MDF, which provides a stable and durable base. We use an eco-friendly water-based lacquer to give each door a hard-wearing and elegant finish. Our focus on quality and sustainability ensures that our products not only look fantastic but also withstand the test of time.
